Designed to revitalize a vacant lot with a derelict building, Vista Place brought new commercial opportunities to a busy section of South Salem. The new building’s exterior materials incorporate texture and contrast with two brick colors, composite metal panels, and warm cedar wood soffits. With large, glazed windows, the building is oriented perfectly to minimize solar heat gain, while maximizing daylighting and visibility for tenants.
