Infilling the last remaining parcel of the former Boise Cascade Industrial site, the new Marquis Salem Post-Acute Rehabilitation Facility will serve a vital role in downtown renewal and the local healthcare community. In addition to providing much needed services and jobs, the mixed-use development will also include retail space along Commercial and Front Street at the pedestrian gateway to downtown and Riverfront Park. Construction is slated to start summer 2021.
